Canaan Cooler Box shroud for your exhaust duct

The Canaan Cooler Box shroud connects a CryptoCloaks Nano 3 / Nano 3S Cooler Box to a round exhaust duct. It is a replacement part for the enclosure, not a complete cooler box or an adapter that mounts directly to an individual miner.

Match the box capacity first, then the duct outlet. The 2-unit and 4-unit versions are different parts; choosing a larger duct does not change which enclosure the shroud fits.

Choose your fit, outlet, and color

Cooler Box Size: 2-Unit Cooler Box or 4-Unit Cooler Box.

Duct Size: 6-Inch Duct or 8-Inch Duct.

Color: Black, Orange, White, or Yellow.

Each selection is for one shroud with one outlet diameter. Check the size of your existing duct before ordering rather than assuming either version will connect to it.

Compatibility and package contents

This part fits the CryptoCloaks Canaan Nano 3 / Nano 3S Cooler Box. Compatibility follows the enclosure capacity, whether your setup uses Nano 3 or Nano 3S miners. It is not a standalone Avalon Q shroud or a universal adapter for other enclosures.

Included: one exhaust shroud in your selected box fit, outlet size, and color.

Not included: cooler box, miners, fans, fan controller, mounting hardware, flexible duct, hose, or clamps. A complete setup pictured on the listing does not change those contents.

Before connecting the duct

Power down and unplug the miners and fans before working on the enclosure.

Check the shroud against the correct box opening without forcing the printed part.

Connect matching ducting and support the run separately so its weight does not hang from the shroud.

Keep the airflow path open and check temperatures and fan behavior after restarting.

A shroud routes exhaust; it does not generate airflow or guarantee lower temperatures. Duct length, bends, restrictions, and the enclosure’s fans still matter. Stop and check the setup if airflow or operating temperatures change unexpectedly.

Frequently asked questions

Does this include the complete Cooler Box?

No. This listing includes one replacement exhaust shroud only. The enclosure and its other components are not included.

How do I choose the box size?

Match the 2-unit or 4-unit option to the CryptoCloaks Cooler Box you own. Those shrouds are not interchangeable.

Does one shroud fit both duct sizes?

No. Select either the 6-inch or 8-inch outlet to match your ducting.

S9 140mm Fan Adapter: Upgrade Your Antminer S9 for $7.99

Stock Antminer S9 fans are loud, small, and punishing to anyone within earshot. The right S9 140mm fan adapter lets you mount quieter, larger fans without buying a full enclosure kit or spending $170 CAD on parts you don’t need.

What Is the S9 140mm Fan Adapter

The Bitcoin Space Heater 140mm Fan Adapter v2 is a precision 3D printed adapter that bridges the Antminer S9’s native 120mm fan mounts to standard 140mm fans. Each order ships with two adapters, matching the S9’s dual-fan layout at intake and exhaust.

The S9 leaves the factory with 120mm fans spinning at brutal RPMs to compensate for their limited blade area. Larger 140mm fans move the same air volume at significantly lower speeds. This S9 140mm fan adapter makes that swap a direct bolt-on with no drilling, no fabrication, and no permanent modifications to your miner.

This is not a full space heater kit. It is the exact component you need and nothing more. If your goal is quieter operation through larger fans, this adapter handles it at $7.99 per pair.

Why CryptoCloaks

CryptoCloaks has been in the bitcoin hardware space since 2017. Ricky personally picks, prints, and ships every order from his shop in America. This is not a dropship operation, and it is not an eBay reseller flipping generic files with no accountability and no support line.

Before releasing this S9 140mm fan adapter, CryptoCloaks published a full fan testing data sheet comparing multiple fan combinations across airflow rates, noise levels, and RPMs. Buyers know exactly what they are getting before the order ships. No competitor at this price point offers that. eBay resellers selling similar adapters provide zero testing data and zero direct support.

If you need to push airflow through a full duct setup beyond just the fan swap, pair this adapter with the Antminer Dual 120mm to 8-inch Duct Adapter for a complete airflow management solution on your S9.

S9 140mm Fan Adapter: Specs and Compatibility

Compatible Miner: Antminer S9

Input Fan Size: 120mm (S9 native mount)

Output Fan Size: 140mm

Quantity per Order: 2 adapters (covers both fan positions)

Material: PETG

Weight: 2 oz

Colors Available: Orange, Black, White, Yellow

Price: $7.99

SKU: CC-MA-BITCSPACHEAT

PETG is the correct material choice for ASIC environments. PLA softens and warps above 60°C, which is well within range of an S9 running at load in a warm room. PETG holds its shape reliably past that threshold, making this S9 140mm fan adapter durable under the sustained heat conditions that mining hardware generates daily.

This adapter works with any standard 140mm fan using a 140mm bolt pattern. The Noctua NF-A14 140mm fan is widely used in quiet S9 builds and mounts cleanly to this adapter. Four color options are available at the same $7.99 price: Orange, Black, White, and Yellow.

D-Central sells a BitChimney DIY Kit and an Amazon S9 Space Heater Box, both bundled at $170 CAD and above. If all you need is the S9 140mm fan adapter to run larger fans, paying 20x more for components you don’t need is simply wasteful. Additionally, the Amazon listing offers no color customization, carries typical marketplace markup, and ships with no performance data behind it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which 140mm fans work best with the S9 using this adapter?

The Noctua NF-A14 PWM is the most tested and community-validated option for the S9 140mm fan adapter setup. It runs quietly at lower RPMs while moving enough air to keep S9 hash boards within safe operating temperatures. CryptoCloaks published a full fan data sheet covering multiple fan combinations, including airflow rates and noise levels at different duty cycles. Review that data sheet before committing to a fan so your expectations match real-world results. Other 140mm fans with a standard bolt pattern will physically fit this adapter. However, not every 140mm fan moves adequate air at low RPMs to cool an S9 under load. Prioritize fans rated for high CFM at mid-range RPMs rather than ultra-low RPM fans designed for silent PC builds, which may not keep pace with ASIC heat output.

Do I need one or two adapters for my Antminer S9?

You need two. The Antminer S9 has two fan positions: one at the intake side and one at the exhaust side. Each order of this S9 140mm fan adapter includes two adapters, which directly matches the S9’s dual-fan layout. You will not need to purchase a second set. CryptoCloaks sized the order quantity around the actual hardware requirement so you never end up with a single adapter and a half-finished mod. Install one adapter at each fan position, mount your chosen 140mm fans, secure with standard M4 screws, and the job is done. The full swap takes under 20 minutes with basic tools and no previous hardware modification experience required.

Will a 140mm Noctua fan fit this adapter and actually reduce noise?

Yes on both counts. The Noctua NF-A14 mounts directly to this S9 140mm fan adapter using the standard 140mm bolt pattern with no modification. Noise reduction is real and measurable. Stock S9 fans spin at high RPMs to compensate for their 120mm diameter limitation. A 140mm fan moves the same air volume at lower RPMs because the blade sweep area is larger. Lower RPMs produce less noise. CryptoCloaks tested this specifically and published the results. The tradeoff is that 140mm fans spin slower by design, and some users increase PWM duty cycles during peak load periods. In a home mining or bitcoin space heater setup, the noise reduction versus stock fans is substantial and noticeable from across the room even at elevated load settings.

Pick your color, add two adapters to your cart, and run your S9 at a volume your household can tolerate. Bitcoin accepted. Made in America. Ships in 2-3 business days.

Most bitcoin merchandise looks like it was designed by someone who has never touched a miner. The S9 Bitcoin ASIC miner pin from CryptoCloaks carries a BRRR easter egg only fellow miners will recognize, built by a brand that has been in the space since 2017.

What Is the S9 Bitcoin ASIC Miner Pin

The Bitmain Antminer S9 defined an era of bitcoin mining. It ran farms, filled garages, and hummed through early operations that shaped the network we have today. The S9 Bitcoin ASIC miner pin captures that legacy in wearable form: a lapel pin precision-cast in metal and finished in one of four distinct options: Nickel, Antique Nickel, Antique Copper, or Antique Gold.

Each pin features BRRR letter tags on the sides, a detail pulled straight from bitcoin mining culture. Generic merchandise skips this kind of specificity because generic sellers have no connection to the culture. CryptoCloaks builds it in because Ricky, the founder, actually lives this. He personally picks, prints, and ships every order from his shop in America.

At $3.99, on sale from $6.99, this is the kind of bitcoin mining gift that fits in an envelope and lands at the right moment. Easy add-on. High signal. No fluff.

Why CryptoCloaks

CryptoCloaks has been bitcoin-native since 2017. This is not a print-on-demand dropship operation or an Etsy reseller who pivoted to crypto merchandise when price action drew a crowd. The brand exists entirely within the bitcoin community, and every product carries the cultural weight that generic sellers consistently miss.

Customers describe the S9 Bitcoin ASIC miner pin as “a subtle signal to other miners.” That is precisely the point. It is not for broadcasting bitcoin to a room full of strangers. It is for the person who wants another miner to walk by, clock the BRRR detail on the side, and give a knowing nod. The easter egg is invisible to outsiders and immediately legible to anyone who ran an S9.

If you are building a full collection, pair this pin with the HODL Key Chain for a set that covers your keys and your lapel. Both ship from the same bench, packed by the same hands, within the same 2-3 business day window.

This S9 Bitcoin ASIC miner pin pays tribute to the Bitmain Antminer S9, one of the most historically significant miners in bitcoin’s proof-of-work history. For a full technical breakdown of the hardware it references, the Bitmain Antminer S9 mining hardware specs on the Bitcoin Wiki cover hash rates, power draw, and the machine’s place in the network’s history.

Four finish options at this price point is rare for collectible lapel pins. Most competitors offer one finish and call it a product. CryptoCloaks gives you Nickel for a clean modern look, Antique Nickel for an aged silver tone, Antique Copper for that warm oxidized character, and Antique Gold for a classic collector finish. The ALL 4 bundle lets you grab them at once, keep a spare, or trade one with a fellow miner.

How It Compares

Generic resellers on Etsy, Amazon, and eBay are not building for the bitcoin mining community. They are listing products that happen to carry mining imagery. The S9 Bitcoin ASIC miner pin from CryptoCloaks is purpose-built for people who actually ran S9s, not for platform traffic.

Etsy takes a cut from every transaction, adds fulfillment uncertainty, and offers zero brand guarantee. Amazon’s S9 search results are dominated by bulky used hardware, not wearable collectibles. eBay surfaces generic Bitmain resellers with no cultural identity and no community standing. Therefore, CryptoCloaks remains the only direct source for a bitcoin ASIC collectible pin built by someone who actually belongs to the community buying it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What metal finishes does the S9 Bitcoin ASIC miner pin come in?

The S9 Bitcoin ASIC miner pin comes in four distinct metal finishes: Nickel, Antique Nickel, Antique Copper, and Antique Gold. Nickel delivers a bright, clean modern appearance that works well on a dark jacket. Antique Nickel gives you a muted silver tone with aged character, closer to something a longtime miner would have on a worn field jacket. Antique Copper brings warm oxidized tones that suit collectors going for a vintage aesthetic. Antique Gold is the most traditional collectible finish, weighty and classic. CryptoCloaks also offers an ALL 4 bundle, so you can grab the complete set in one order. No other seller at this price point provides this range of finish options for a bitcoin ASIC collectible pin. Four finishes, one price, one direct source.

Is the BRRR detail visible on all four finish options?

Yes. The BRRR letter tags appear on the sides of every S9 Bitcoin ASIC miner pin regardless of which finish you select. The BRRR reference is a nod to the sound of bitcoin mining hardware running at full capacity, an inside joke that anyone who has sat in a mining room immediately recognizes. The detail is cast into the pin itself, not printed or applied as an afterthought, so it holds up cleanly across all four finishes: Nickel, Antique Nickel, Antique Copper, and Antique Gold. This easter egg is specific to CryptoCloaks. Generic bitcoin merchandise does not include this kind of community-specific detail because the sellers have no connection to the mining culture that originated it. The BRRR stays visible. The signal stays intact.

Does CryptoCloaks sell an all-4-finishes bundle for collectors?

CryptoCloaks offers an ALL 4 bundle option for the S9 Bitcoin ASIC miner pin, letting collectors pick up every finish in a single order. This is uncommon at this price point. Most sellers offer one finish and treat variety as a premium upsell. The bundle makes sense for several buyer types: the collector building a complete set, the gifter who wants to give options, or the miner who wants to keep a spare of each finish in rotation. Every pin in the bundle carries the same BRRR letter tag detail and the same 5-star verified quality. Additionally, buying the bundle means one direct order from a bitcoin-native shop, no platform fees, no marketplace uncertainty. Order once, cover all four finishes, done.

Pick your finish, add to cart, and wear your mining history. The S9 Bitcoin ASIC miner pin is $3.99 and comes from a brand that has been in the bitcoin space since 2017. Bitcoin accepted. Made in America. Ships in 2-3 business days.

Whatsminer PSU capture shroud for ducted exhaust

The Whatsminer PSU capture shroud is designed to route miner fan exhaust and power supply exhaust toward one duct connection. Choose a 6-inch or 8-inch outlet to match your planned duct run. This is the PSU-capture design, not a fan-only shroud with an extra accessory added.

Fit and available options

Application: Whatsminer fan and PSU exhaust capture.

Listed fan size: single 140mm fan.

Material: PETG.

Outlet: 6-inch or 8-inch.

Mounting: stock screws on a compatible unit.

Colors: Orange, Black, or White.

Check both the miner and the PSU layout

This design is listed for M30s and M50s. Confirm your exact miner revision and PSU exhaust arrangement before ordering; those model names are not a blanket guarantee for every configuration. M20s compatibility remains unconfirmed. Do not order for an M20s on the assumption that it will fit.

The capture section needs to match the PSU exhaust as well as the miner fan. Compare both areas with the product photos. If you have changed the power supply or another part of the exhaust arrangement, check fit before buying rather than relying on the miner’s model label alone.

Choose the outlet for your installation

The outlet size should match a suitable duct route. Neither size guarantees a temperature drop or a particular airflow rate. Duct length, bends, restrictions, ambient conditions, and the miner’s fans all affect operation.

If you only need a single-fan duct connection, compare the Whatsminer 6-inch shroud or Whatsminer 8-inch shroud. These are alternatives for a different exhaust-capture job, not required companion purchases.

Installation checks

Power down and unplug the miner before fitting the shroud. Check alignment at the fan and PSU exhaust, then use the stock screws without forcing the printed part. Connect matching ducting with a suitable clamp and support the duct separately.

Keep the outlet path clear. After restart, watch temperatures and fan behavior and inspect the connection for movement. PETG is the specified material, not a fire rating or proof of suitability at every operating temperature. This accessory does not promise to remove every bit of room heat or replace ventilation planning.

Frequently asked questions

Does this also capture PSU exhaust?

That is the purpose of this design: routing miner fan exhaust and PSU exhaust toward the duct connection. Confirm both areas match your unit before ordering.

Which Whatsminer models are listed?

M30s and M50s are listed applications, subject to checking your exact miner and PSU layout. M20s compatibility is not confirmed.

Do I need the fan-only shroud as well?

Not for the same connection. The fan-only and PSU-capture shrouds are different designs; choose the one that fits the exhaust arrangement you need.

You spent real money on your Antminer S9, and the last thing you need is a generic accessory that does not fit, does not look right, and was made by someone who has never seen a mining rig in person. CryptoCloaks engineers S9 mining tags that slide directly into your miner’s existing grooves, fit without force, and carry the “All Brrr No Brakes” credibility that the Bitcoin mining community actually recognizes.

What Are S9 Mining Tags

S9 mining tags are small, precision-fit accessories designed to seat directly into the groove channels built into the Antminer S9 chassis. They carry the “All Brrr No Brakes” motto, a phrase that every dedicated home miner immediately understands. This is not surface decoration. It is a low-cost way to mark your machine, represent your commitment to the network, and add a finished look to hardware that works hard around the clock.

The Antminer S9 has been one of the most widely deployed Bitcoin mining ASICs since its release. Millions of units are still running in garages, basements, dedicated mining rooms, and small-scale commercial operations worldwide. Because the S9 platform was so consistent in its physical form factor, CryptoCloaks could engineer S9 mining tags with a precision fit that generic sellers simply cannot match.

Installation requires no tools, no adhesives, and no permanent modifications to your hardware. The tags slide into position, seat firmly, and hold through the vibration of fans running at full speed. Whether you run a single S9 or a rack of them, adding S9 mining tags is the lowest-effort, lowest-cost customization available for this hardware. At $4.99, there is no cheaper way to put your stamp on a machine that is stacking sats for you every hour of every day.

Why CryptoCloaks

CryptoCloaks has been designing and manufacturing Bitcoin mining accessories since 2017. That is not a marketing claim. It is verifiable history in a space where most sellers appeared last year after spotting a gap on Alibaba. Ricky, the founder, personally selects every product, runs every print, and ships every order from his shop in America. There is no fulfillment center, no third-party warehouse, and no mystery about where your order comes from.

That background matters when you are buying S9 mining tags. Generic sellers on eBay or through dropship storefronts have no practical knowledge of the Antminer S9’s groove geometry. CryptoCloaks does. The fit engineering on these tags reflects years of hands-on experience with real mining hardware, not a dimension pulled from a spec sheet and handed to an overseas fabricator.

CryptoCloaks builds the complete stack of Antminer S9 accessories, so you can outfit your setup without sourcing from five different vendors. If you want to go further with your S9 build, the S9 Bitcoin Space Heater Case turns your miner into a functional home heating unit, one of the most popular products in the CryptoCloaks lineup. Everything ships from the same shop, with the same attention to fit and finish.

Specs and Compatibility

Compatibility: Antminer S9

Installation: Slides directly into miner grooves, no tools required

Dimensions: 7 × 4 × 3 in

Price: $4.99

SKU: CC-MA-S9BRRRTAGS

These S9 mining tags are engineered for one machine. That specificity is intentional. Universal-fit accessories always compromise somewhere, and that compromise usually shows up as misalignment, gap tolerance issues, or parts that rattle loose under vibration. CryptoCloaks designs to the actual S9 groove standard, not a generic approximation of it.

If you want broader context on where the Antminer S9 fits within the current hardware landscape, the Bitcoin Mining Hardware Buyer’s Guide from D-Central covers the full picture. The S9 remains one of the most common ASICs in home mining setups worldwide, which is precisely why CryptoCloaks continues to support it with dedicated, purpose-built accessories rather than phasing it out of the catalog.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will S9 mining tags fit all Antminer S9 models?

Yes. CryptoCloaks engineers S9 mining tags to work with the standard groove system used across Antminer S9 variants. The S9 platform maintained a consistent physical chassis through its production run, which means these tags will seat correctly on an original S9, an S9i, and an S9j alike. The installation process requires no modifications to your hardware whatsoever. The tags slide directly into the existing grooves without tools, adhesives, or excessive force. If you run a mixed fleet of S9 models across a small mining operation, a single order covers every unit. CryptoCloaks designs these accessories for real-world mining environments, not just one specific revision or batch of the hardware. The fit is consistent because the engineering is specific.

How do you install tags on an S9 miner?

Installing S9 mining tags from CryptoCloaks takes about thirty seconds per unit. The tags are precision-fit to the groove channels built into the exterior of the Antminer S9 chassis. You align the tag with the groove opening, apply light, even pressure, and slide it into position until it seats fully. No adhesive is involved, which means you can reposition or remove the tag at any time without leaving residue on your miner. No tools are required at any step. The fit is tight enough to hold the tag securely during normal operation, including the sustained vibration produced by fans running at high speed for days on end. For miners who move hardware between locations, the non-permanent installation is a practical advantage over adhesive-backed alternatives.

Do S9 mining tags affect mining performance or cooling?

S9 mining tags from CryptoCloaks do not affect hashrate, chip temperatures, or power consumption. The tags sit in the groove channels along the exterior of the Antminer S9 chassis, outside the primary airflow path. They do not obstruct intake or exhaust vents. Mining performance on the S9 is determined by hashboard health, firmware configuration, and power delivery quality. External accessories in non-critical positions add no thermal load and introduce no performance variables. If your S9 is properly ventilated and maintained before you add these tags, it will perform exactly the same afterward. CryptoCloaks builds accessories that complement your hardware without interfering with its function. Customization and performance are not in conflict here.

Pick up your S9 mining tags today and put the “All Brrr No Brakes” standard on display. At $4.99, this is the most affordable way to represent the Bitcoin mining culture on the machine that earns for you every hour of every day. Bitcoin accepted. Made in America. Ships in 2-3 business days.

Frequently asked questions

<details>

Which Antminer model names does this fit?

Compatibility is determined by the hardware, not a limited model-name list. If your Antminer has two 120mm exhaust fans, this is the correct 6-inch design.

</details>
<details>

Does it capture PSU heat?

No. This shroud is intentionally designed for the main dual-fan ASIC exhaust bank.

</details>
<details>

Are the duct and clamp included?

No. The listing is for the printed shroud. Supply a compatible 6-inch duct and clamp for your installation.

</details>
<details>

Should I choose 6-inch or 8-inch?

Match an existing duct system. When building a new high-volume exhaust route, consider the 8-inch version for more duct area and fewer restrictions from long runs or bends.

</details>

Installation note: Never work on an energized miner. Keep duct runs open and supported, avoid sharp restrictions, and monitor temperatures and fan behavior after any airflow change.
