HIGH-RISK PRODUCT WARNING – CRYPTOCURRENCY MINING HARDWARE AND RELATED ELECTRONICS We sell specialized, industrial-grade cryptocurrency mining hardware, full nodes, ASIC miners (e.g., Bitaxe, NerdAxe, Canaan, Magic Miners), S9 space heater cases, open-source mining equipment, and all related electronics and accessories (collectively, the “Products”). THESE PRODUCTS GENERATE EXTREME HEAT (OFTEN >60–90°C/140–194°F), DRAW HIGH ELECTRICAL CURRENT (1,200–3,400+ WATTS OR MORE), AND POSE SERIOUS RISKS OF FIRE, ELECTRICAL SHOCK, ELECTROCUTION, BURNS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR DEATH.

BY USING THE WEBSITE, PURCHASING, INSTALLING, OPERATING, OR USING ANY PRODUCT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING:

   We strongly advise against residential or home use without expert oversight.

Mandatory Safety Considerations For safe operation, users should: have a licensed electrician install and inspect all wiring/circuits; avoid extension cords, power strips, or overloaded outlets; install smoke/CO detectors, Class C fire extinguishers, and remote monitoring; and comply with all local electrical, fire, and building codes.

4. No Warranties – Products Sold Strictly “As Is” ALL PRODUCTS AND THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE (INCLUDING SAFE OR PROFITABLE USE IN MINING/HEATING), TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SAFETY, OR FREEDOM FROM DEFECTS. No representations are made regarding mining profitability, hashrate, heat output consistency, electrical safety, or compatibility with any setup.

5. Specific Product Warnings and Limitations

   • S9 Space Heater Cases and High-Heat Mining Products: These output massive, continuous heat; EXTREME RISK OF FIRE, BURNS, AND PROPERTY DAMAGE if vents are obstructed, placed near combustibles, used without monitoring, or in non-industrial settings. NOT suitable for general home heating. Operate only in fire-safe, well-ventilated areas with dedicated circuits. We provide the case and cannot control the electronics inside. We are not liable for ANY damages that may occur when using the S9 Space Heater Case.
   • ASIC Miners (Bitaxe, NerdAxe, Canaan, Magic Miners, etc.): High amperage/power draw; risk of electrical fires from improper circuits, modifications, overclocking, or flashing firmware. We are not liable for bricking, overheating, reduced lifespan, or any resulting damage/loss.
   • Full Nodes and Other Electronics: Potential for power-related failures; always use surge protection and proper setup. We are not responsible for any loss of funds, data, or cryptocurrency due to hardware malfunctions, crashes, misuse, or external factors. Use at your own risk.
   • Manufacturer-Warranted Items (e.g., certain Canaan/Magic units): Subject only to the original manufacturer’s warranty (typically 1 year). Contact the manufacturer directly; We provide no additional warranty or support.

6. Shipping / Lost Products We are not responsible or liable for “lost” shipments marked delivered by the original shipping company. Orders shipped with no tracking will not be covered if lost. Refunds will be processed once the order has been received back at our shop at the cost of the customer. Refunds will not include original shipping—only the value of the items purchased.
