My BitAxes arrived in good working order, and the Fold Mining Club cases that came with them look great! My wife and I are up and running with our lottery tickets. Setup was quick and easy with no issues.

I had a minor issue on the website’s checkout that initially left me pretty disgruntled, but the CryptoCloaks team resolved it very quickly when I contacted them, and I was honestly impressed by their swift customer service and professional response. A strong mark of a good company is handling issues well when they arise, so I’m happy to say that CryptoCloaks made a believer out of me.

Put together a Raspiblitz as a father and son project. The guys send him and me photos throughout the printing process and my boy was so excited to get the goods.

Unfortunately UPS lost my first one but the guys just printed and sent me out another one no questions asked!

I bought the v1 version of the shell. It was beautiful and came out how I thought it was. However, I was getting some overheating issues while just idling. I reached out and CryptoCloaks was amazing. We worked through the problem testing out different heat sinks, different environment variables. Finally in the end they printed up the bottom sections of the v2 case for me. I only had to pay for shipping. The new case dropped the temps by over 10C and everything is running great now.

The design and customer service from CryptoCloaks is amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I truly believe that businesses like this are what make Bitcoin awesome. Keep it up!
